Designs produced by us
Any designs produced by us for you will remain our intellectual property and may not be used in any other forms without our prior written consent.

Designs
We may occasionally use examples of custom products we previously produced. If you would prefer to opt-out or keep your relationship with us discreet, please let us know by clearly stating your order or artwork approval.

Custom Design Fee
Custom design fee are non-refundable and charged at the time of order placement. Once artwork is approved, Printed or produced products will not be refundable.

East Coast Anime products may be subject to "Sold in Store Only". Please be advised that our products are subject to availability and are offered while supplies last.
